[...] My friend Marie from Make and Takes created this fun Valentine’s Day craft for the folks at Craftzine: a valentine heart lei. Who wouldn’t want to sport a loving lei on Valentine’s Day? I bet this would be a fun project for a tween girl to make for her friends, or you could make one for each of your children, or maybe you just want one for yourself (make one with scrap fabric hearts & beads?) You could also sub craft foam for the paper, if you wanted to make a slightly longer-lasting version (if you know my kids, you know why I would suggest that).
